This Refund Policy outlines our procedures for handling refunds and returns in accordance with Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product you purchased:
- Is faulty or significantly different from the description
- Does not do what it is supposed to do
- Has a major problem that would have stopped you from buying it if you had known about it
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. We recommend carefully considering your purchase before finalizing it.
- Contact Us: If you believe you are eligible for a refund, repair, or replacement, please contact us as soon as possible. Provide your proof of purchase and details of the issue.
- Assessment: We will assess the product to determine if it meets the criteria for a refund, repair, or replacement under Australian Consumer Law.
- Resolution: If the product is deemed eligible, we will offer a suitable resolution, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement.
Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the product being returned and assessed. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase.
This Refund Policy does not cover:
- Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or accidental damage
- Products that have been modified or altered
- Normal wear and tear
Returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Items must be in original condition and accompanied by the receipt. Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Exchanges are subject to product availability. This policy does not cover items damaged through misuse or normal wear and tear.
